So there is a story behind this paste. The first Arnold Schwarzenegger was put up and taken down; some time later a 5 ft x 5 ft sign was erected, upon which the words "I'LL BE BACK" were written. A couple of days later, this fella appeared on the pole, looking angry. His eye was a red LED, and those are assorted machine parts.
